This formula recognizes that every athlete’s fueling needs are different. Some days, you need a light touch of energy; on other days, you burn through glycogen stores at a maximum rate.

Flexible Fueling System – Scale intake based on your needs:

  • 1 scoop = 30g carbs, 150 mg sodium
  • 2 scoops = 60g carbs, 300 mg sodium
  • 3 scoops = 90g carbs, 450 mg sodium

How to Use The Feed Lab High-Carb Drink Mix:

You can use this mix in your training or as nutritional support during events.

Before Training: Take 1-2 scoops for pre-exercise fueling and glycogen loading.

During Training, Mix 1-3 scoops in 500 ml—1000 ml of water, depending on your carbohydrate and sodium fueling strategy.

After Training: Use after your session to rapidly replenish glycogen stores and support recovery.
